Action Required: Complete Your Image Uploads to Continue Your Journey

If you're experiencing difficulties uploading your photos or have received a follow-up message requesting a reupload, please submit your photos via WhatsApp link here or email them to us here

To finalise your order and move forward, we need clear images to safely prescribe your weight-loss medication. Let’s get this done so you can continue on your path to success!

To keep you moving forward on your weight-loss journey, we must receive three clear images from you. Without these, we cannot safely issue your medication. Please follow the instructions carefully to avoid any delays.

  • Please upload a clear, full-body photograph. This is vital for us to ensure that the treatment plan is safe and effective for you. Your face must be visible, and you can wear whatever clothing you’re comfortable in.
  • Please upload a clear image of your ID (passport or driver’s license) to verify your identity. This is essential for your safety and ensures we can issue your prescription without delays.
  • Upload a clear photo of you standing on the scales with the weight reading visible. The image must be taken on the same day as your upload. Without this, we cannot safely prescribe your medication.

As you have taken Ozempic, Rybelsus or Saxenda medication in the past 28 days, please provide a photo of your medication.

Important Tips for a Smooth Upload Process:

  • Ensure your images are clear and show exactly what’s needed (see below).
  • Double-check that your ID is legible and your face is visible in your full-body picture.
  • If you're experiencing difficulties uploading your photos or have received a follow-up message requesting a reupload, please submit your photos via WhatsApp link here or email them to us here
